My Podcast Guests Are My Mentors!

Your Partner In Success™ Radio ranks in the Top 1.5% of the most popular podcasts worldwide — and every bit of that is because of the people who show up to talk.

Recognized by INC. as one of the premier business podcasts, this show has always been interview-based by design. My guests aren't just interesting people — they are authors, speakers, coaches, and leaders at the top of their fields in marketing, sales, leadership, self-help, and productivity. I invite them because I want to learn from them. What you hear is me doing exactly that, out loud, with you.

Over almost 19 years, these conversations have shaped me — as a professional, as a listener, and as a person. The wisdom shared on this show has never been held back, and it never will be.

To every guest who has trusted me with their story, and to every listener who keeps showing up — thank you. This is a privilege I don't take lightly.

With gratitude, Denise Griffitts

Meet Denise Griffitts

She Thought My Voice Was AI-Generated. I’ll Take That as a Compliment.

How a Full-Body Frisson Changed Everything

I started my podcast almost by accident, and I still laugh about it.

I’m a highly committed introvert. There are no pictures of me floating around the internet, and that is entirely intentional. (There are, however, plenty of my #FelineOfficeAssistants. They have no such concerns about their privacy.) I’m not shy — let’s be clear about that. I just prefer to keep my personal life off display.

So here’s how it began. A friend of mine on Facebook, a broadcaster, asked if she could interview me. I said yes. Then, while we were on the phone, she said, “Do you mind if we just record this while we’re talking?” Sure, why not?

Two days later she sent me a link. I got all excited, thinking — ooh, what publication is this going to be in?

I clicked it. I heard my own voice. And I had what we call in the Deep South a full-body frisson. Chills. Everywhere. Not the good kind.

I called her in a shaking voice and said: “What the hell was that?”

She laughed and said, “Denise… that is a podcast.”

My next, still very panicked, slightly shrill question: “What the hell is a podcast?”

She explained it. And I swear to you, I was a podcaster the next day.

Because even in that moment of mild horror, I knew something: getting my voice out there was going to be huge.

I had no idea how right I was.

What Almost 19 Years Sounds Like

It seems like everyone has a podcast these days. They do. But not everyone has almost 19 years of consistent, quality episodes. Not everyone has built a show that has been rated in the Top 1.5% of the most popular podcasts globally.

I didn’t build that by accident. I built it by showing up — episode after episode, year after year — and by treating every guest, every listener, and every conversation as if it mattered. Because it does.

Your Partner In Success Radio — along with The Closers Inner Circle Podcast, which I co-host with the legendary Ben Gay III — airs on all major platforms — Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and everywhere else serious listeners find their shows — as well as on my own website at yourpartnerinsuccessradio.com, where you can also read reviews from guests that will make you want to be part of this.

Together, these two shows broadcast three times every week, reaching a growing global audience of highly engaged professionals. We are heard primarily across the United States and Canada, and in pockets all over the world. My voice has been in earbuds on every continent. (Yes, including Antarctica. Probably. At least I like to think so.)

That voice — my voice — is your ticket in.

Who’s Listening — and Why That Matters to You

My audience is not passive. They are not people who hit play while they fold laundry and immediately forget what they heard.

They are entrepreneurs, business owners, coaches, authors, consultants, and decision-makers — people who are actively investing in themselves and their businesses. They are buyers. They are action-takers. And they have been showing up, episode after episode, because they trust me.

That trust is not something I take lightly. It took almost 19 years to build, and it means that when I recommend something — when I say a name, a product, a company — my audience listens in a way they simply do not listen to a generic ad read from someone they’ve never met.

Think about that for a second. A warm introduction from a trusted voice, into the ears of highly engaged, action-oriented professionals, on a globally ranked platform.

You deserve to be heard by those people. And I happen to be very good at making that happen.

That is what sponsoring these shows gets you.

What You Actually Get

Every episode you sponsor opens with my introduction — and then, right then, before anything else, I read your ad. In my voice. Personally. Not a pre-produced clip. Not a voice actor. Me, speaking to my audience about you, the way I would recommend something to a friend.

Your ad is approximately 30–45 seconds and lands in prime real estate: the very first thing my audience hears after my introduction. Then, at the end of every episode you sponsor, as I close out the conversation and summarize the value we’ve shared, I mention you again.

You are bookended into every episode you sponsor.

But wait — there’s more. (I always wanted to say that without it being cheesy.)

I interview a significant number of authors. When I do, I read their books. I review them on Amazon, Goodreads, and my blog. Sponsors in the author space receive that same level of attention and promotion — mention in my newsletter, visibility with my audience across platforms, and introductions to other high-level podcasters in my network when the fit is right.

This is not advertising. This is advocacy.

Two Ways to Get In

I keep it simple. Two tiers, same benefits, different commitment levels:

The Full Year — 12-Month Sponsorship You’re in for the long game. Your name becomes a familiar, trusted presence with my audience — because repetition and trust go hand in hand. This is the tier for anyone who is serious about building their platform, their credibility, and their audience for the long term.

The Half Year — 6-Month Sponsorship Same benefits, same voice, same audience, same commitment to making you sound good. Six months of consistent, personal promotion — on the show, in my newsletter, and across my platforms — and the full ecosystem of what I offer — a strong start, and a smart one.

Both tiers include:

🎙️Personal ad read in my voice at the top of every podcast episode you sponsor. I carefully match my sponsors with the guests so there is no disconnect.

🎙️Closing mention at the end of every episode you sponsor.

🎙️Newsletter mentions

🎙️Blog visibility

🎙️Amazon and Goodreads reviews (for authors)

🎙️Introductions to other high-level podcasters in my network (where appropriate)

🎙️Active promotion beyond the podcast — I frequently write about my sponsors, share their work, their books, and anything else they tell me matters to my audience. The sponsorship doesn’t stop at the microphone.

🎙️Presence on all major platforms: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and everywhere serious listeners live. You can even listen to us on Audible.

Let’s Talk

I started this podcast because I heard my own voice and had a full-body frisson. To be honest, I kept waiting to hear myself break into Happy Birthday, Mr. President. I thought I sounded ridiculous. Turns out the world disagreed.

In fact, just recently I had a fascinating conversation with a serious podcast booker who is determined to master her craft so she can deliver for both clients and hosts. The first thing she said to me — and this is no joke — was: “Oh my God. That is your REAL voice?” She had assumed it was AI-generated. I’ll take that as a compliment. My voice is real, it is mine, and it is what your brand will be heard through.

If sponsoring Your Partner In Success Radio feels like the right move — and if you’ve read this far, it probably does — I’d love to have a conversation.

I was a guest on Success Podcast Radio today, and I’m still feeling the conversation. Denise Griffith created a space where we could both be open and vulnerable about something most people avoid: grief, and what it means to carry it into work. Denise shared her own family’s loss, which made the conversation real and deeply personal. We talked about grief literacy in the workplace, and about how employees need to be seen, witnessed, supported and guided, not only through a death, but through loss of many kinds. We also talked about holding presence. When someone is grieving and not ready for us to push in, we can still let them know we are there for them, whenever they need us. If you lead people, work with people, or are quietly carrying a loss yourself, please listen. Thank you, Denise, for your courage and for making room for this conversation.
