Lucas specializes in speaking to entrepreneurs and business owners on getting their strategy on track for success and growth. For over 17 years Lucas led numerous operations teams on Wall Street in Mergers and Acquisitions. After establishing a consistent track record of success, Lucas started his own consulting business and left his corporate job. As a consultant, he’s worked with some of the world’s strongest brands, including Wells Fargo, AIG, Bird, and the Pokemon company. Lucas works with strong brands with a well-funded great idea, who don’t quite know how to execute.

Lucas has had the opportunity to speak to numerous audiences in North America, Australia, and Europe, as well as partner with businesses and VCs for mentoring. His recent professional talks have addressed working from home, specifically: building the skills, routines, and toolsets into your day to create and sustain productivity in whatever you’re doing.
