However, at the age of twenty, he began working for a local cable company, which opened his eyes to a world filled with diverse characters and stories.Throughout his career, Armstrong collected anecdotes that ranged from the comedic to the tragic. He wanted to capture these moments—such as servicing both a million-dollar mansion and a modest trailer on the same day, saving lives, and witnessing poignant human experiences—to illustrate the rich tapestry of life that he encountered in people’s homes.
