His views have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Entrepreneur, Executive Excellence, Training & Development, in numerous newspapers, and many professional/trade association journals.
Randy has held executive positions in health care and state government. He was a partner and served as Chief Financial Officer in a multi-million dollar consulting firm. He is a past Chairman of the Board for the American Heart Association, Texas Affiliate and a founding member of the Texas Council on Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke. Randy has been inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame by the National Speakers Association and is the past chairman of the NSA Foundation Board of Trustees.
