Before starting her own firm in 1990, Anderson was a top executive with Estee Lauder for over 23 years. She cultivated a legacy of innovation within the company by developing numerous programs that have become industry standards, such as Estee Lauder’s Vassar College Retreat for Business and Self-Improvement and the Estee Lauder Training Coordinator Program. Lauren is highly sought after as a Consultant, Mentor and Spokesperson. She is a frequent and recognizable guest on national television and writes numerous articles for top specialty and professional publications. Lauren belongs to numerous business associations all over the country and participates in many charitable and fundraising events. She is also co-founder of The East Side Clickers, a business networking group in South Florida. Anderson is working on two books based on her wide-ranging experiences.
