What I Expect from Guests, Partners, and Sponsors — And Why It Matters
After 17 years of hosting Your Partner In Success Radio, I’ve learned that podcasting is far more than showing up and hitting “record.”
It’s about trust. It's about relationships. And it’s about showing up — consistently, professionally, and with purpose.
Here’s what I require from anyone who collaborates with me — whether as a guest, a sponsor, or a business partner:
🎙 Respect my time
This isn’t just a calendar entry. I spend hours preparing for each guest, researching their work, and setting the stage for a meaningful, unscripted conversation. Respect means showing up on time, ready, and present.
🎙 Match my effort
Podcasting is a two-way street. When I amplify your message, I expect you to share the episode, engage with the audience, and treat it like the opportunity it is.
🎙 Keep your word
I don’t chase people down for missing bios, graphics, or follow-ups. If we’ve agreed on something — from a sponsorship deliverable to a guest appearance — I expect it to happen.
🎙 Always be honest
My audience trusts me. That means I need to trust the people I feature. No posturing, no exaggeration — just real stories, insights, and value.
🎙 Stay consistent
This isn’t a one-time transaction. Sponsors who see results know it takes steady visibility and relationship-building. Guests who stand out are the ones who continue engaging long after the recording ends.
These aren't expectations.
They're requirements.
Because podcasting with integrity is how I’ve built 17 years of trust — and why this platform consistently ranks in the top 1.5% globally.
If that resonates with you, then we’re already off to a great start.
Let’s work together.
