BOOK REVIEW: Rehumanizing the Workplace: Future-Proofing Your Organization While Restoring Hope, Well-Being, and Performance by Rosie Ward and Jon Robison

Leadership is a behavior, not a title or a role. When sharing their core values, the authors began with 'Embrace your humanity' which on the face of it seems that this should be automatic, but the truth is that humans are complex and messy and what seems like common sense to one might be gibberish to another. That is why leaders or those among us who strive to be leaders read books like this and create their ever-growing entrepreneurial libraries.

The core values embodied in this book teach us that we are stronger together - that this is not a solo journey. The need to choose courage over comfort, that every solution and recommendation must be rooted in sound science appropriate for human beings, and finally, paving a path for others to thrive.
