Don Hutson, CPAE, CSP, is in the business of making people believe they can do better – and he gives them skills to do it. For over 30 years, he has energized his audiences into action. Throughout the business world, he is known as one who delivers real solutions for business professionals.
Don successfully worked his way through the University of Memphis, graduating with a degree in Sales. After becoming the #1 salesperson in a national training organization, he established his own training firm and shortly thereafter was in demand as a professional speaker.
Don’s dynamic and engaging programs have garnered him many honors and awards over the course of his career. He was elected by his peers to the presidency of the National Speakers Association, and he has received its prestigious “Cavett Award,” as a member of the year. He was also honored as the annual recipient of SME-I’s International Speakers hall of Fame Award.
Don has addressed over two-thirds of the Fortune 500 companies, and has been selected by a number of them to help develop their own corporate university. Today, he is the Chairman & CEO of U.S. Learning, Inc. and has made over 5,000 speaking appearances. Don is also regularly featured on national television and currently serves on five corporate boards.
Don is the author of 10 books, including his latest book, a New York Times bestseller, “The One Minute Negotiator” co-authored with George Lucas.

Terri is the president of Terri Murphy Communications, Inc. As a consultant and speaker, Terri helps to create new relationships using cutting edge traditional marketing and online communication strategies.
She is a published author of 5 books, including her most recent book with Donald Trump, “The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received” and has authored 4 additional books on sales and leadership.
Terri is currently a co-author on a book that addresses how women can improve their selection of a man in a relationship by using a little science in the process. She is co-authoring this book with Dr. Paul Green, an industrial psychologist, and an expert in Behavioral interviewing.
Terri has produced and hosted both television and radio programs, and been featured on ABC, NBC and CNBC News as a sales industry expert. She is also a regular guest on WREGTV’s Live@9 for Women in Business.
