Over the past few years, my podcast Your Partner In Success Radio has experienced significant growth, reaching a point where guest hunting is rarely a concern. The influx of requests has become so substantial that, regrettably, I can't accommodate all of them, especially when they don't align with my audience.
However, I never dismiss these requests outright. Instead, I communicate with the guest or their representatives, explaining that it isn't an ideal fit. Then, I tap into my extensive network of podcast hosts whom I know, like, and trust, offering the guest the opportunity for introductions to those individuals.
It is the right thing to do.
